Tips: What to look for in a pet sitter

I love my fur baby and will only leave her with someone I trust.

Here is a list of what to look for/ask when finding a professional pet sitter:

  1. Have a business license.

  2. Be insured and bonded

  3. Provide references from previous clients (i.e.. Google reviews, Yelp, Facebook, Next-door)

  4. A clearly defined agreement showing payment arrangements, cancellations, and daily responsibilities

  5. Ask questions about your dogs' normal day, behavior, and lifestyle

  6. Provide a tour of the spaces where your dog is going to be staying/playing

  7. Be knowledgeable about your dog's breed or your type of dog
